Chef Marc has been working in hospitality for the last decade. He graduated from the University of Guelph with his B.Sc (Hons) in Human Kinetics from the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Science. He then took his passion for health & wellness to the next step and graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is currently in his final year. Chef Marc has seen the challenges on both sides of the spectrum. As a chef, how can one keep up with all these new dietary requests, and what is really affecting people’s health. As a consumer, with a busy schedule, how does one eat healthy? And isn’t healthy food gross? Our mission at NaturalCravings is to show you that nutritious really can be delicious.
